Fat Tuesday - and then replace the donuts?
Donuts did not eat a dozen years and somehow I did not miss them. If
systematically reduce the amount of fat (the junk) and sugar in products, it then do not feel their absence.
I think that eating fat pad, and the true structure covered with icing donut would not have been the happiest;)
is why today I'll bake muffins, and how, from wholemeal flour with cranberries (frozen) raspberries and such.
dry ingredients:
2 cup whole-wheat flour
1 teaspoon baking powder (I use powder with a stone-Bio wine containing no phosphorus)
pinch of salt
wet ingredients:
1 large egg (or 2 small)
1 cup plain yogurt (or buttermilk kefir)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 / 2 cup oil 2 tbsp honey
(enough for me, but for people who like sweets I suggest this amount of increase or add the dry ingredients of sugar according to taste)
- half a cup frozen or fresh cranberries ( surely you can use and dried)
- a few raspberries fresh or frozen
Sift dry ingredients, add wet ingredients thoroughly blended and slightly connected together. Finally, add fruit.
Bake about 25 minutes at 200 st C.
